Replacement Requests

If you experience any issue with a barcode, QR code, or digital product purchased from us, please contact our support team with the relevant details.

To request a replacement:

• Take a screenshot of the issue encountered.

• Email our support team with the screenshot and a brief explanation of the problem.

• Our team will review and verify the issue.

If a verified issue is found to be attributable to us, a replacement solution may be provided where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment for the same order.

• Non-delivery caused by our error.

• Technical issues that prevent order fulfillment.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
